HOW TO COOK FROZEN SEA ASPARAGUS
Our sea asparagus is delightful paired with salmon, scallops, crab cakes, chicken casserole, prosciutto, or hollandaise sauce. We sell our frozen sea asparagus in vacuum-sealed bags to keep maximum freshness and flavour. It’s lightly crunchy with a very salty taste and bright green colour. Here is an easy way to cook sea asparagus from frozen.
- Frozen sea asparagus
- 3 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 425. Add 1 tsp olive oil to a baking sheet and coat evenly. Add the frozen sea asparagus and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Bake for about 12-13 minutes. Add an additional 5 minutes if you’d prefer crispy. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy hot out of the oven.
